Light to medium weight, knit fabrics with at least 30-50% horizontal and 30-50% vertical stretch like Cotton jerseys, Cotton Lycra/Spandex, Cotton Interlock, French Terry, light weight double knits and other light to medium weight knit fabrics with natural fibers. Choose fabric with good recovery for the neckline band, cuffs and bottom band.
